Always keep in mind that if you have ordered from multiple products, your order will arrive in multiple packages and, most likely, on separate days.

8. Will I be required to pay any import taxes or duties on the items I order?
We will cover all duties and import taxes for customers in the United States. Orders being shipped to addresses outside the United States, it may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside the US, and particularly those in Latin America, Africa, and Portugal, are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. 9. What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
At Kalakriti we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Here, we believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on superior quality products and extraordinary customer service and trust. For this reason, we do not allow our customers to return products for a full refund (including shipping charges) within 60 days of purchase. If you want to exchange one product for another, you are not allowed to do so. The products will be exchanged and refunded only if it arrives at the end user in broken or damaged condition. Only if the customer informs the insurance agent and make an official police complaint about the damage the moment he receives the goods. No complaint will be accepted by us if reported after 24 hrs of receiving the product.

10. What if I don't receive my order?
Make sure to submit the correct mailing address when you are filling out your order form. Kalakriti is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address on the form or change of address. If you have not received your order and want to check the status, please contact our customer service department. Make sure to note your order number and email address, and verify the correct mailing address. 11. What if my order is incomplete?
If you believe part of your order is missing, please contact Kalakriti's Customer Service Department immediately. Make sure to note your order number and email address. 12. What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that all or part of your order arrives damaged to you, you will be entitled to a full refund. You return the damaged product to Kalakriti at our expense. Please see the Kalakriti policies section on damaged merchandise for more information.

13. What if I receive the incorrect merchandise?
In the event you receive product other than the one that you had ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no extra charge. You need to return the incorrect item at Kalakriti's expense before the correct item can be sent to you. Please see Kalakriti's policies section on incorrect merchandise for more information.

14. Will Kalakriti ever give out my personal information to third parties?

15. How can I tell the actual size of a product or painting?
Pictures can be deceiving, you know. For this reason, it is important that you look at the size of a product before making a decision about purchasing it. Because miniature furniture may appear to be of the same size as full-size furniture, you should be careful when picking out products. The same concept goes for paintings--a work that is 30 cm x 40 cm will appear to be of the same size as a work that is 120 cm x 160 cm. The reason for this is simple: we want to offer you the best possible perspective of a product's appearance and detail. Sometimes this comes at the expense of providing a true representation of the product's actual size. All the products do come with size and weight specifications, however, so be certain to make that one of the things you check when viewing a product. Can I make a special request? If the product you have thought of comes from any kalakriti region, you may submit a special request mentioning your email address and as much information as possible about the product or line of products that you would like to purchase at Kalakriti.
